Integration without borders – group three
Participants in the third group of the „Integration Without Borders” project completed the full project cycle. They began their participation with the „Assessment of Individual Needs and Potentials of the Employment Agency (UP) for the Preparation and Implementation of Support,” conducted from April 24 to April 29, 2025.
From May 5 to 27, participants developed their communication skills in Polish and their written and spoken Polish language proficiency during a Polish language course and interpreter support. The next group activities were Social and Civic Competence Workshops, held on May 30, June 2, June 3, and June 4.
These workshops aimed to improve communication, build relationships, and familiarize themselves with the principles of the Polish labor market and customs prevailing in Poland.
Participants also received legal counseling as part of the Counseling (Psychological/Legal/Career) project. Four individual meetings were scheduled for each participant from June 5 to June 18. On July 8th, participants completed their vocational training, which took place according to the schedule and program guidelines. They completed an intensive period of learning, practical tasks, and teamwork. After successfully completing the training, all participants obtained professional qualifications confirmed by a certificate.
As part of the project tasks, participants:
– participated in theoretical and practical classes,
– developed the competencies necessary to work in their chosen profession,
– actively participated in activities supporting their professional and personal development.
Preparations for the next stages of the project are currently underway, and a new group of participants has already begun completing the tasks planned in the schedule. We are keeping our fingers crossed for all participants and are delighted that together we are creating a space for growth and real change in the labor market! This isn’t over yet – we are recruiting the final group, which will soon begin its first classes.
