ABOUT THE PROJECT
Dear Sir/Madam,
The Association of Active Cultural Animators invites you to participate in the project “Integration Without Borders,” the main aim of which is to support 60 citizens of third countries and their surroundings, who have been granted temporary protection after the Russian Federation’s aggression against Ukraine, and who reside in Radom and its surrounding areas.
What will happen as part of the project?
The topics of the activities include:
• Diagnosis of individual needs and potentials of participants in order to prepare and implement support
• Polish language course and interpreter assistance
• Workshops on social and civic skills
• Counseling (psychological/legal/vocational)
• Vocational training
• Job mediation
We provide:
• Training scholarship
• Certificate confirming acquired vocational qualifications
• Reimbursement of travel costs
• Training materials
• Catering and refreshments
Participation requires meeting the conditions specified in the recruitment regulations.
WHO IS IT FOR?
If you are:
• A citizen of a third country or their surroundings, who has been granted temporary protection after the Russian Federation’s aggression against Ukraine
• A migrant coming to work, a student, or a refugee
• Residing in Radom or counties such as: Białobrzeski, Kozienicki, Lipski, Przysuski, Radomski, Szydłowiecki, Zwoleński
RECRUITMENT
Recruitment will be conducted in the counties covered by the project in an open, direct, and common manner, in line with the principle of equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and accessibility for people with disabilities.
The recruitment process includes the following elements:
a) Submission of the Recruitment Form in writing along with attachments (available at the project office and on the website)
b) Formal and substantive verification (possibility to supplement the submitted documents within 5 working days) – based on the Recruitment Form Evaluation Card, which will include, among others, compliance with access criteria, i.e.:
- A foreign-born person legally residing in Poland
- Residing (according to the Civil Code) exclusively in the districts covered by the project, i.e.:
Legionowski, Miński, Otwocki, Wołomiński, Nowodworski, Grodziski, Piaseczyński, Pruszkowski, Western Warsaw County, and Warsaw - Voluntarily expressing the desire to improve or supplement their skills and competencies (participant’s statement);
Additional premium criteria:
- A person with a disability
- A person residing in municipalities at risk of permanent marginalization or cities losing economic functions
