Integration Without Borders – fifth group

Our „Integration Without Borders” project has concluded. We are proud to announce that on October 31, 2025, the last group of our project participants completed their classes. During the project, participants participated in a number of activities supporting their professional and personal development.
The first session was the Diagnosis of Individual Needs and Potentials of the University of Applied Sciences (UP), which took place at the end of August. Individual meetings aimed to help determine participants’ predispositions and professional goals. On September 1, Polish Language Course classes began, where participants improved the communication skills needed in everyday life and work. Participants also attended four individual meetings as part of legal counseling. The next group classes, lasting four days, were Social and Civic Competence Workshops, which developed self-confidence, cooperation, and interpersonal skills.
On October 13, vocational training began, allowing participants to acquire new qualifications and increase their chances in the job market. Participants were trained in the field of „Supplier” with elements of office work. After completing the training, the acquired qualifications were confirmed with a certificate. The final support program in the project was a workshop on Employment Services, where participants received support in finding employment and connecting with employers. We
sincerely thank all participants for their commitment and active participation in the project.

We wish them professional success and the desire to continue their training and develop their
skills.
