Completion of Vocational Training Courses under the “Akcja Integracja” Project
We have completed the implementation of vocational training courses carried out under the “Akcja Integracja” project, implemented by the Association of Active Cultural Animators and co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) within the framework of the European Funds for Mazovia 2021–2027 programme.
Scope of the Completed Training Courses
As part of the project, four vocational training courses were conducted, with a total of 48 participants – third-country nationals residing in the Mazovian Voivodeship:
– “Caregiver for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities” – 1 group
– “Warehouse Worker / Maintenance Worker” – 2 groups
– “Office Worker with Elements of Customer Service” – 1 group
The training courses included both theoretical instruction and practical classes, enabling participants to acquire specific competencies and qualifications useful in the labour market.
Comprehensive Support Pathway
The vocational training courses constituted the final stage of a comprehensive support pathway completed by participants as part of the project.
Prior to starting the training, each participant took part in earlier project activities, including,
among others:
– diagnosis of individual needs and potential,
– participation in a Polish language course,
– social and civic competence workshops,
– legal counselling,
– job placement and career support.
Thanks to the implementation of the full support pathway, participants were comprehensively
prepared to enter or re-enter the labour market.
Objectives and Results
The aim of the activities was to increase participants’ chances of employment, improve their
vocational qualifications, and strengthen their independence as well as social and professional activity.
Participation in the project enabled participants to acquire new skills, practical knowledge, and greater self-confidence in planning their future career paths.
