ABOUT THE PROJECT
„Akcja Integracja” (Integration Action) is a project implemented by the Association of Active Culture Animators, aimed at supporting the integration of third-country nationals and cooperation with local entrepreneurs.
Through comprehensive initiatives, the project supports both individuals arriving in Poland and employers seeking to integrate foreigners in their teams.
Planned Activities
Within the framework of the project, we will implement various initiatives tailored to the needs of participants:
• Diagnosis of individual needs and potentials of participants to prepare and implement support;
• Polish language courses and translator support;
• Training for employers on „Employment of foreigners”;
• Workshops on social and civic competencies;
• Psychological, legal, and career counseling;
• Vocational training;
• Job placement services.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The project is addressed to:
• Third-country nationals (e.g., individuals with Ukrainian citizenship) who reside or stay in the following counties: Legionowo, Mińsk, Otwock, Wołomin, Nowy Dwór, Warsaw West, Grodzisk, Piaseczno, Pruszków, and Warsaw.
• Entrepreneurs and employers who want to employ foreigners and need support in formalities, intercultural integration, and effective team management.
RECRUITMENT
Recruitment will be conducted in the counties covered by the project in a universal, open, and direct manner, in accordance with the principles of equal opportunity, non-discrimination, and accessibility for persons with disabilities.
The recruitment process will include the following steps:
- Submission of a written Recruitment Form along with attachments (available at the Project Office and on the website);
- Formal and substantive verification (with an option to supplement the submitted documents within 5 business days), based on the Recruitment Form Evaluation Card, which will include compliance with access criteria, i.e., mandatory criteria for all Project Participants, such as:
- A foreign individual residing legally in Poland;
- Residing (under the Civil Code definition) exclusively in the counties covered by the project: Legionowo, Mińsk, Otwock, Wołomin, Nowy Dwór, Grodzisk, Piaseczno, Pruszków, Warsaw West, and Warsaw;
- Voluntarily expressing the desire to enhance or acquire skills and competencies (participant’s declaration).
Additional premium criteria:
- Age: 15–29 years;
- Person with disabilities;
- Resident of municipalities at risk of long-term marginalization or cities losing economic functions.
