Measure 8.4: Social and Professional Integration of Third-Country Nationals under the European Funds for Mazovia 2021–2027 program.
Project Description
The „Action Integration” project, implemented by the Association of Active Culture Animators, aims to support the integration process of third-country nationals residing in the Mazovian Voivodeship and to foster cooperation with local employers.
Project activities include:
- Diagnosis of individual needs and potential of participants
- Polish language course and interpreter support
- Training for employers – Employing Foreigners
- Social and civic competence workshops
- Psychological, legal, and career counseling
- Vocational training
- Job placement services
TARGET GROUPS:
- Foreigners – third-country nationals legally residing in Poland and living in the following counties: Legionowski, Miński, Otwocki, Wołomiński, Nowodworski, Grodziski, Piaseczyński, Pruszkowski, Warszawski Zachodni, and the Capital City of Warsaw
- Entrepreneurs and employers interested in hiring foreigners
PROJECT GOALS:
Increased social and professional activity and improved employability of 48 people from the target group, achieved through comprehensive support aimed at meeting result indicators, thereby contributing to the social and professional integration of third-country nationals.
PROJECT OUTCOMES:
- Improved social situation after completing the program
- Gaining qualifications after completing the program
- Employment (including self-employment) after completing the program
- Undertaking education or training after completing the program
